The Dome, in collaboration with The Macallan and I.J. Mellis Cheesemongers are delighted to offer the ultimate in whisky experiences. A range of specially selected cheeses are paired with The Macallan Single Malt whiskies to offer a sensory experience like no other. Led by our passionate and fully trained bar team, experience the world of whisky and cheese in the luxurious surroundings of The Front Bar at The Dome.
The Double Cask Experience Available with and without Cheese
Explore The Macallan and its range of flavours as you enjoy their Double Cask range comprising of the Double Cask 12 Year Old, Double Cask 15 Year Old and Double Cask 18 Year Old. A trio of I.J. Mellis cheese, each chosen for their exquisite flavours, will accompany your whisky to compliment the many years The Macallan spirit has intertwined with the finest oak resulting in a world of flavour to discover.
