General terms & conditions

We have  a table reservation fee in response to the unfortunate rise in No-Show and duplicate bookings. £10 per head is required on reserving for 5 or more guests and for all guests booking online. This table reservation fee is refundable if the reservation is cancelled by phone or in person no less than 24 hours before your reservation time. After that time the table reservation fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to retain part of the table reservation fee if a party shows up with fewer guests than were reserved. The table reservation fee will be retained in the event of a no-show.

For reservations of up to 4 guests, a credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your booking. If guests do not turn up for their booking or cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time, £10 per head will be charged to the card.
