The Charlotte, Hanover, George Suites and The Boardroom (on the 2nd Floor) provide relaxing and comfortable surroundings for a variety of events including Seminars, Conferences, Training Courses and Product Launches.
With purpose designed spaces to accommodate intimate confidential meetings of 2 delegates up to AGM conferences to seat 100 delegates, we have a range of bespoke options to suits most requirements.

Our meeting rooms and conference spaces are WiFi ready and equipped with multiple power points. AV can be arranged with prior notice.  We also have a range of refreshment options from tea, coffee, biscuits and finger buffets to tailored sit-down lunches and suppers with wine matching.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom, with its wood panelled walls and velvet drapes, provides a perfect atmosphere for an Executive or Directors Meeting, seating a maximum of 12 delegates at a Boardroom table. The Boardroom comes equipped with projector screen, air conditioning and offers natural daylight.

The Charlotte Suite

The largest of our private suites, The Charlotte offers full air conditioning throughout  and comes equipped with projector screen.

It can accommodate the following approximate numbers:

    • CLASSROOM STYLE:          24 delegates
    • U – SHAPE STYLE:               25 delegates
    • BOARDROOM STYLE:        25 delegates

The George Suite

The George Suite is the perfect venue for smaller events, benefiting from natural daylight, air conditioning throughout and  projector screen.

It can accommodate the following approximate numbers:

  • THEATRE STYLE:                 30 delegates
  • CLASSROOM STYLE:           16 delegates
  • U – SHAPE STYLE:                15 delegates
  • BOARDROOM STYLE:         15 delegates
