The Grill Room
This stunning former banking hall has been meticulously preserved retaining all the original Georgian architecture. Edinburgh's most grand brasserie, The Grill Room serves our timeless a la carte menu.
Opening Times
The Grill Room is open daily from 12pm.

Maximum table size in the bar area is 4.

Maximum restaurant table is 8. Please contact us directly to enquire for 9+ guests.

Kindly note, online customer requests may not be read until the day of your booking so for dietary requirements out with our dietary menus or other special requests, contact our reservations team on 0131 624 8624.
Booking Guidelines
We require a deposit of £10 per person for all reservations. Please view our deposit policy here. By making a reservation at The Dome, you agree to our cancellation terms.
Please note, we do not accept chase cards for deposits or payment on the day.
Bar Menus
Bar tables are bookable from 12pm - 3:45pm for our sandwich and snack menu, or just drinks.
